north 730 is a craftsman bungalow built in 1914 currently under construction. this home remodel and addition included the restoration of the existing woodwork, kitchen addition to the south side of the home, and a new upper level addition. being located in a historical district required extensive coordination with the adjacent homeowners and landmark preservation board.
