north 4100 helped replace our client's home that was destroyed during a fire the week of Christmas. during these difficult times and throughout the entire design and construction process our client was absolutely the most charismatic person we have ever had the pleasure of working with. our client knew exactly what she wanted in her dream home and we worked diligently to make sure that she could get as much as she needed without going over the allowable insurance replacement budget. with the limited budget and timeframe, squeezing everything from the expansive open floor plan on the main level, the finished attic loft for her children's costume room, mother-in-law suite in the basement, and radiant heated floors throughout took an great deal of coordination between the client, architect, and contractor. even when we ran into unforeseeable items, the client smiled, had something positive to say, and worked with everyone to come up with viable solution.
