the ultimate bachelor pad in the heart of Denver. our team was tasked with bundling as many entertainment areas into this tiny 4,400 square foot lot as reasonably possible. designing such a home really stressed the importance of circulation and flow throughout a home. to make these gathering spaces feel larger than they really are, we opened up much of the main level to the exterior and brought the outside in. the celebration of design doesn't stop on the main level; as we move into the basement, the design motif has been modified into an industrial space. this can't be expressed more than lowering a prized possession from the garage and putting it on display in this industrial layout.
