north 3900 was a project like non-other, from the initial meeting with the client until the final greenhouse structure was installed, the design of the French cottage manor was in a constant state of flux. working in conjunction with the client Jim Taylor, architect Paul Bormann, and Jeremy Larson of Montare Builders, 3900 took runner up in colorado homes magazine's 2019 home of the year.
