north 3070 is an original mid-century modern home built in 1951. with so few MCM neighborhoods in the Denver area, from Harvey Park and Arapahoe Acres to Virginia Village and Bonnie Brae, it was an honor being given the opportunity to help restore and add a minor addition to this original Eugene Sternberg home. these minimalist homes provide an enormous amount of light and an open / airy floor plan. unfortunately not many new homes are being constructed in areas with Denver's cooler climate in California’s Eichler style anymore due to the ever changing energy conservation codes to help protect our planet.
